We are checking the brix levels in the grapes every other day. We are at 24 on the merlot and 23.5 on the cab. Getting there. Waiting for the grapes to be ready is like waiting for Christmas morning! Harvest is near. We are coming into this harvest with much anticipation. We invested in a new well on the property to help us with those hot August days. We think this is going to be another amazing vintage!
