This work doesn't stink!! While we were in California, we had the opportunity to spend time blending our 2018 vintages of Cabernet and Merlot. We spent the afternoon working on the exact flavor profile for each of our wines: the Cab, the Merlot and the Red Blend. We are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to having a more diverse offering and to sharing it with you. We will likely bottle in April and have a pre-release offering shortly after.
